Explore two of Zambia’s premier wildlife destinations; the South Luangwa and the Lower Zambezi National Parks by Normal Carr. Combine walking and driving safaris in these two magnificent National Parks with the optional extra activities of canoeing and tiger fishing on the Zambezi River.
Itinerary
On arrival in Zambia you will be met at Lusaka Airport and will connect to your flight to Mfuwe. You will be met at Mfuwe by our staff and driven to Chinzombo where you will have time to settle in before brunch. In the evening your guide will introduce you to one of Africa’s finest National Parks, renowned for its variety of wildlife the Luangwa never fails to impress. After dark you will search for predators on the prowl and the myriad of smaller nocturnal animals that make these night drives so interesting.
Chinzombo Camp is the perfect place from which to explore the majestic wilds of the Luangwa in style, luxury and exclusivity – all year round. So enjoy all the Chinzombo has to offer. 2 activities await you, 1 in the morning and one in the afternoon. In-between time to relax, to enjoy the camp and the very good food and service on offer.
Today you will have a last game drive, followed by a brunch before you depart to the Lower Zambezi National Park.
Chongwe River House is a place where you can unwind and switch off from the rest of the world. We offer an unmatched variety of activities. Day and night drives, boats cruises, walking safaris or our flagship experience canoeing which offers you the opportunity to view wildlife from a more natural perspective. The Lower Zambezi is also widely known as one of the best places to catch (and release) a tiger fish or two.
Same procedure as last time: 2 activities await you, 1 in the morning and one in the afternoon. Choose from the wide variety on offer – Day and night drives, boats cruises, walking safaris and canoeing. In-between time to relax, to enjoy the camp and the very good food and service on offer.
Today it is saying good by to your exceptional experience in Zambia. But not before a last game activity, followed by a delicious brunch. Board your aircraft for your transfer to Lusaka airport for your flight home or ongoing travels.
